  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We strive to adhere to all scheduled times but may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or emergencies.
  • Cancellations: Clients must notify us of any cancellations or changes to appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Pricing: All service pricing will be provided in your estimate. Prices are subject to change based on materials, labor, and the scope of work.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and any relevant areas where services are to be performed. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
  • Preparation: Clients should prepare the service area by clearing obstacles, fragile items, and valuables. Revive Home Service is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured.
  • Permits and Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or permissions for services that require them, unless otherwise stated.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 14 days, and we will address any issues at no additional cost.
  • Materials Warranty: Any materials or products used that come with manufacturer warranties will be transferred to the client. However, Revive Home Service does not independently guarantee these products.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Revive Home Service shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, unless both parties agree to an alternate method.
